TAMAM Improvement Project (2015-Present)

Addressing the psycho-social challenges to improve the learning experience of Grade One students

Initially, the lead team in Rachel Edde public school had identified the problem in the quality of the textbooks and the need to modify the curriculum that lacks a digital content, especially with the use of interactive boards.

After several meetings with the HST team, the school team modified its need and identified their improvement project “to deal with psycho-social challenges in order to improve the learning experience of Grade 1 students”. The team has identified improvement goals such as to improve student engagement in the learning process, to raise their level of interest in learning, and to enable them to abide by the rules of the school and their community.

The team is working on planning for the project by identifying the improvement goals and objectives as well as deciding on the appropriate interventions/strategies.
