TAMAM Improvement Project (2015-Present)

Increasing the engagement of Grade 7 students in school life

The improvement project was based on the observations of growing verbal, physical and moral violence among students inside and outside the classroom, which was leaving its impact on students’ performance. Therefore, the team addressed the need for psychological and social support in the school to address this problem. After the data collection and analysis, it was agreed that the improvement need is “to increase the grade 7 students’ engagement in school life.”

The lead team has acquired many competencies during the TAMAM journey such as inquiry, reflection and evidence-based decisions and documentation, in addition to the participation of all members in discussing ideas and searching for solutions.
