Hadeel has a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education, Minor in Psychology, and Teaching Diploma from LAU, a Master’s degree in Elementary Language Arts Education and took courses in Educational Administration and Policy Studies at AUB.

She has a long diversified experience in the education sector ranging from preschool teacher; to Learning Mentor at WAR CHILD HOLLAND in the UNHCR Program; and research assistant at LAES and CLS. She believes in volunteer work and has several experiences in youth empowering NGOs. Moreover, she believes in continuous personal, academic, and professional development.

Currently, Hadeel is the Administrative coordinator in TAMAM Project.
