Ms. Fayrouz Salameh
Fayrouz holds a Diploma in Higher Studies Specialized in Local Development – Diplôme des études supérieures spécialisées -, multi-sectoral and multicultural, from the University of Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne. She also holds a Master of Education in Social Sciences. She started her career in the social-educational field with children with learning difficulties in Lebanon. She has several experiences with public schools, where she coordinated a national project on protecting children from school dropout within a local association. She joined the Tamam mentoring team seven years ago. She started in 2016 within the Tamam cluster in Lebanon as a research assistant in building partnerships between the school and the local community, especially with parents and families. She also contributed to data analysis on the social environment within the Tamam team for a partner project with UNRWA schools. Since 2019, she has been working as an expert within the Tamam team, which is directed at Al-Maymouna Schools for Education, and she participates in designing models and strategies that focus on encouraging and improving practices that aim to develop the partnership between parents and schools participating in Tamam in different contexts.
