They are experts who work with TAMAM coaches during the training on the TAMAM Capacity Building Program to provide training or consultations that meet the needs of the leadership teams in TAMAM participating schools and respect their context. The expert coaches at TAMAM are also committed to following the TAMAM training approach, collecting, documenting and analyzing data on the teams’ workflow to make appropriate decisions, and adapting the training material to ensure coherence in the teams’ learning experience. All this in coordination and follow-up with the TAMAM coach and the project steering team.
